I didn't have a bad experience here at all. The wait was a little bit but honestly not that bad. Both ladies that helped me was extremely nice and I got done what I needed to do today. Watching a "pissy" woman come in today and was being extremely rude for no reason to the woman at the front desk was hard to watch. I can only imagine working at the DMV they run into several people like that everyday.
Best DMV I've encountered. The gentleman at the door and the lady behind the front desk were both polite and courteous and helped me check in smoothly, and Charity was awesome. Thank you all for your help!
Very busy this time of day. Maybe it’s because of the end of the month but it’s a long wait. But I did however have my questions answered best they can.
The wait time is ridiculous. We had an appointment and we were still there 2 hours. They have 15 windows but only use 6. All the money that is taken inand they can't do any better than that. Take a snack because you WILL NOT BE IN AND OUT.
In and out when I planned my appointment properly, super easy friendly place. The best dmv I have visited no doubt
I have been charged twice for my license of which D.M.V. of Orange Park forgot to document or failed to document my information. They are quick to attempt to blame someone else for their very own mistakes...They just completely SUCK!!!
